“Reliable duo seeks spacious WG base”

Hello!

We are Hannah and Jonas – a couple looking for an apartment for a community in Vienna.

Why this ad?
None of us would like to live alone, even if we are both in the middle of our professional life or just complete the last trains of the master. For us, living together is simply more than practical: we want to create a pleasant atmosphere where you can enjoy a dinner, exchange and laughing after a full working day.

What are we looking for?
Our dream is a 4- to 5-room apartment with space for a common room – best somewhere between BOKU and Donaumarina, so that the paths for us all fit well. We would also like to include two or three more people in the WG to expand our friendly duo. We are therefore flexible, except for a very southern location.

What we do:
We are a waste consultant and a sustainability consultant. We have lived in Vienna for about five years and have closed the city to the heart. Whether at sports (workouts in the park, boulders or simply catch fresh air in the green spaces), at niche film festivals, dance evenings or Poetry Slams – we use everything Vienna has to offer and are always on the way with the wheel.

Why we are good tenants:
We are all professional, responsible and pay attention to a decent home. At the same time, we would describe ourselves as uncomplicated and maintain a relaxed relationship among us. We are also open when it comes to compromises in the equipment or renovation of a new apartment.
