Couples looking for apartment in Vienna Pärchen auf der Suche nach Wohnung in Wien

We are Jil (27) and Chris (28), who have been living in Vienna for 2.5 years and are now looking for a stay together for almost 7 years. We are both very relaxed and above all clean people and look forward to leaving the WG time behind us.

Chris completed his master's degree last year and has been working full-time in the 9th and I (Jil) are still in the final draws of my master's thesis before going to work for me.

2 bedrooms and a kitchen would be optimal, but we are aware that this is probably more unrealistic. A balcony or the like should be present, as we currently both have one and do not want to miss that anymore. Periodic rentals are also in principle eligible as long as there are no deadlines under 1.5 years

1200 € is our upper limit including all costs.

Wir sind Jil (27) und Chris (28), wohnen seit 2,5 Jahren im Wien und wollen uns jetzt nach fast 7 Jahren Beziehung endlich mal zusammen eine Bleibe suchen. Wir sind beides sehr entspannte und vor allem saubere Menschen und freuen uns sehr darauf, die WG-Zeit hinter uns zu lassen.

Chris hat letztes Jahr sein Masterdtudium abgeschlossen und arbeitet seitdem in Vollzeit im 9. und ich (Jil) bin derzeit noch in den Endzügen meiner Masterarbeit bevor es dann auch für mich ins Berufsleben geht.

2 Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche wären optimal, sind uns aber bewusst, dass das wahrscheinlich eher unrealistisch ist. Ein Balkon o.ä. sollte vorhanden sein, da wir aktuell beide einen haben und das eigentlich nicht mehr missen möchten. Befristete Vermietungen kommen grundsätzlich auch in Frage solange es keine Befristungen unter 1,5 Jahren sind

1200 € ist unsere Obergrenze inklusive aller Kosten.
