We rent our beautiful 50sqm old house while we are not in Austria. The apartment is a 2-room apartment, with one bedroom and an open living room to the kitchen and separate bathroom and toilet. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need for a relaxed stay (washing machine, fully equipped kitchen incl. Microwave, hairdryer, TV, W-Lan etc). French balconies in both rooms on the road to Gumpendorfer Straße. Sound protection windows were installed 4 years ago, so despite a lot of busy road it is relatively quiet in the apartment. The apartment is located in DG (5th OG) without elevator. Bicycle parking is available in the courtyard.

The flat is on the top floor (5th floor) without a lift. Bicycle parking is available in the inner courtyard.
