Apartment for Sublet – Feb 20 to Apr 1, 2025

I’m a student currently traveling, so I’m subletting my 74m² apartment in Vienna’s 2nd district. It’s on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator, gets plenty of light, and has a beautiful view of Augarten—perfect for sunset lovers. The location is very convenient, with tram lines 2 and 5 nearby and the U2 Taborstraße station just a 7-minute walk away. WU, SFU, and the University of Vienna are all around 15 minutes away.

The apartment has a spacious Wohnküche (open-plan living room and kitchen), which creates an open and airy atmosphere. The bedroom faces a quiet courtyard, making it very peaceful at night. It’s fully furnished and includes a piano, dishwasher, washing machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine. I’ll be leaving my personal belongings in the apartment since I’m only gone for a month, which is why I’m not charging extra for gas and electricity—both are included in the rent, along with WiFi.
