Unsere WG muss sich leider auflösen - und die wundervolle kleine Altbauwohnung bleibt zurück.
Helle 20m² pro getrennt begehbarem Zimmer, genug Küche für Gemeinschaft, Bad mit Dusche, Flur. Waschmaschine und Küchenzeile zum Übernehmen.
Super gelegen zwischen U3 Johnstraße und Schlosspark Schönbrunn, 10 Minuten per Pedale zum Westbahnhof und dann weiter in die Innenstadt. Baum vor'm Fenster, entspannte Nachbarn, immer angenehm temperiert.
Ab Juli bin ich in Berlin, muss aber bis 30.September noch Hauptmieterin bleiben, bis dahin wäre mein Zimmer also noch möbliert (allerdings eher dezent, es ist noch Platz für mehr Möbel!)
Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht Mitte Juli komplett aus. Also im Endeffekt kann man einfach über alles reden! Auch über Sommerzwischenmiete oder Übernahme ab September. Seid nicht verwirrt, ruft einfach an oder schreibt mir! Es lohnt sich.
