Flat/house for 2 student

We are 2 students, 24 years old, and we need an accommodation for 3 months because we will study at UWH.The period is approximately october-december and we can manage the starting period. It would be nice to have 2 independent rooms and a parking spot, but this is not strongly needed. We need a decent accommodation, with heating and hot water. If it is possible to have internet connection too, it would be great!
In any case we can't consider unfurnished accommodation! We can discuss about the price, it depends about the type of offer. Thank you! Antonio
