Das Wohnheim liegt Am Rand von Grombühl mit einen 2 min Fußweg zur nächsten Tramstation, und 5-6 min zur nächsten Busstation am Hauptbahnhof. Generell ist die Altstadt sehr gut zu erreichen da das Wohnheim recht zentral liegt. Ein Lidl kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Direkt am Haus gibt es auch ein paar große Innenhöfe mit einem kleinen Bach die man im Sommer Super nutzen kann.
