Ich und meine Mitbewohnerin geben unsere lang geliebte Wohnung (WG) auf. Sie hat zwei Zimmer, eines davon mit ca. 16qm (siehe Fotos) und eins mit ca. 22qm und Zugang zu einem Balkon, von dem man beinahe den ganzen Tag Sonne genießen kann und Blick auf das Käppele hat.Die Küche gehört zur Wohnung dazu.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn eventuell ein paar Möbel übernommen werden würden, ist selbstverständlich aber kein Muss.

Die Lage der Wohnung könnte kaum besser sein! Zu Fuß benötigt man circa 7min bis zur Haltestelle Sanderring, abends ist es also auch nicht weit bis zu Restaurants, Bars und Clubs.
Die Haltestelle, die einen zum Hubland bringt, ist nur 3min entfernt und bis nach Grombühl benötigt man mit der Bahn circa 15min.
Im Sommer sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zum Main zum Grillen, Joggen und sonnen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine neue Spülmaschine ist vorhanden. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde bei meinem Einzug renoviert.
Ich werde mitten in meinem Examen ausziehen müssen und würde mich freuen, deshalb freuen, wenn Möbel übernommen werden würden.
