Die Wohnung hat gesamt 65qm und wurde vor 5 Jahren frisch renoviert. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, was den Umzug deutlich einfacher machen wird. Wir (Antonia, Vale und Stefan) haben die Wohnung als WG genutzt. Die Zimmergrößen sind: 14qm, 12qm und 11qm.
Wir würden die Küche, Schränke, Esstisch, Stühle, Waschmaschine, Schlafsofa usw. in der Wohnung lassen gegen eine Ablöse. (Bank bleibt nicht drin)
Besichtigungen werden ab sofort stattfinden.
Die Lage ist ziemlich nice! Vor der Türe ist eine Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind max 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Auch die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle erreicht man in 5min. Der Frieda-Imbiss (Falafelwrap ist ein Traum) ist auch nur wenige Minuten vom Haus weg. Im Sommer ist die Lage durch die Mainwiesen auch mehr als perfekt!
Einzugstermin wäre der 01.01.2022.
