Die Wohnung ist schön, lichtdurchflutet, mit Einbauküche, Echtholzboden, Granitfließen, zwei Balkonen. Küche, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer haben je 20qm, Flur und Bad zusammen 25qm. Die Wohnung ist perfekt WG geeignet, da der große Flur alle Räume wabenförmig verbindet. Es ist noch Platz für eigene Möbel.
Die Wohnung wurde vor mir als WG von zwei Studentinnen genutzt.
Es fahren 2 S-Bahnen, S4 und S6 nach Zorneding. Zum Bahnhof sind es 7 min zu Fuß. Bis zum Marienplatz braucht man 22 Minuten.
Mit dem Auto 21 km und ca. dreißig Minuten Von München entfernt.
Es gibt alle Geschäfte und Ärzte im Ort. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im alten Ortskern.
Es gibt Badeseen und einen Wald, der zum Joggen und Spazieren einlädt. Es gibt gute Restaurants und Cafes.
Ich mache ein sabbatical und gehe ins Ausland. Deshalb vermiete ich für nur Jahr. Vielleicht brauchen Sie ja eine Übergangslösung?
Die sonstigen Kosten sind Strom, Gez, WLAN und Festnetz. Es gibt viele Parkplätze und Garagenplätze können zusätzlich gemietet werden.
Gerne können Sie auch nur 1 Zimmer nehmen und ich vermiete das zweite an jemand anderen.
