Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) suchen eine 4-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zwickau. Möglichst ruhig gelegen - also nicht im Zentrum oder an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Ab ca. 90qm. Optimalerweise mit Balkon und Gartenmitbenutzung. Warmmiete maximal 750€. Folgende Viertel sind ausgeschlossen: Pölbitz, Eckersbach.
