A private single studio room is available for sublet at Kavenstraße 8 (near Pontstraße). The period is for January and February 2025. It is located on the 2nd Floor with a large and nice window view.

The room is furnished with two desks, gaming chair, bed with mattress, window blinds, wardrobe, filling cabinet, under cabinets below bed, fridge, microwave, power strips, rotating monitor, and cooking utensils. The accommodation also has a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. There is a washing and drying machine available for the building in the basement for use with coins. A space to park your bicycle in the basement area can be arrange if needed.

The building has been recently renovated with new windows, new external heat insulation for winter, sound insulation and a new modern façade.

The monthly rent is €399.00 for a 2-month sublet, with an extra initial 10 days without charge since the transfer will be done on December 21st. The rent is hot rent including heating, water, electricity, and high-speed fiber glass internet.
There would be a deposit of €350.00, which will be returned after the period. A short contract will be signed, however there is no possibility of a city registration document at the moment.

Preferably its required for the applicant to be a student enrolled in a university.
