Subject: Inquiry About WG Room Availability

Hi,

I am an exchange student from South Korea, and I will be studying Computer Science at RWTH Aachen for the upcoming summer semester. I am very interested in the room and would love to visit it as soon as possible! I will arrive in Aachen on March 17th and can view the room immediately after.

1. Visa Status
I am already enrolled as a student at RWTH Aachen and will apply for my student visa in Germany.

2. Experience in Shared Living
I have experience living in shared accommodations and consider myself a reliable and trustworthy roommate. I do not smoke, do not play musical instruments, and highly value cleanliness, especially in common areas. It is important to me that all roommates feel comfortable and respect each other.

3. Financial Stability
I have an Expatrio account and receive financial support from my parents. Additionally, I am already insured with TK public health insurance.

4. Daily Routine
I usually wake up between 8 and 9 AM and go to bed around 1 AM. Most of my time will be spent at university, but I also enjoy spending time with my flatmates.

5. Hobbies & Spare Time
In my free time, I enjoy working out, cooking (mostly Asian cuisine), traveling, and meeting new people. I also love learning languages and getting to know different cultures.

6. Personality
I am a positive, open-minded, and tidy person. I appreciate a respectful and friendly atmosphere in a shared flat and can easily adapt to different living situations.

I really like the room and would love to visit it in person after I arrive on March 17th.
