Es gibt alles was man braucht, z.B. Internet, Waschmaschine(man muss dafür per App bezahlen), Fernseher, Geschäfte in der Nähe (z.B. EDEKA), Backofen, Kühlschrank, Herd...usw.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Studierendenwerk in Haaren Markt. Sie ist mit dem Bus erreichbar. Freitag Morgens gibt es einen Markt vor Rossman(der auch in der Nähe ist), mit günstigen Lebensmittel. es gibt auch Edeka und einen Kiosk in der Nähe.
