I am an ERASMUS Student leaving in February. Thats why I am looking for a new person for my furnished room.

The studio on the ground level has an own bath room and a little kitchen area, which I never really used. Instead, you can use the common kitchen for the house in the second floor. On the first floor, there is also a big bathroom for common use. Also, there is a bikeshed inside the house (which is important since bikes are likely to get stolen here).
I have got some paletts and a matress which serves as a bed which can be taken over on arrival (so i dont have to get rid of it haha).
The houes has 4 levels, on each level lives one student. You would be living with 2 international students from Germany and the Nethderlands and one native Belgian. They are friendly and happy to have a talk or a belgian beer with you in the kitchen.

The studio is located in the middle of the city, next to the stadspark. No matter in what university you are studying, nothing is far away with the bike or the ÖPNV (TRAM station 100m). 5 minutes to the UA stadscampus, 15 minutes to Campus Groeneberger and 25 minutes to Campus Drie Eiken with the bike.
Most importantly, you are in 2 minutes in a nice bar area and near to the Saturday market, which is every week an awesome experience.

The landlord is very kind towards ERASMUS Students and is open to us (unlike many other landlords here). The contract would be for the next semester and is capped until then.

Studio GLV is the only studio in this studenthouse en has all facilities private; a kitchen, a bathroom and a living/bedroom. You have also acces to the communal kitchen/bathroom and bikeroom. The price of €475, excluding the monthly cost fee of 125 euro (E+G is included in this BUT re-calculated at the end of academic year).
