Welcome to my room but for only a student!!

Hello~
I am studying in Augsburg Uni as an exchange student.
I am going back to my country soon so I want to sublet to my room to someone who
is only a student ( It does not matter whether you must be a student in Augsburg Uni. If you are a student in your country or your city That's fine) because this room belongs to Studentenwerk

My room is available from 25th of August to 25th of September
You don't need to rent my room for only one month maybe 20days or 25days something like that.
we can negotiate the price and period as well.

The rent fee is 190EUR including internet per month
you can use wifi in my room also because i have my own router.

When i leave I can leave my stuff such as cooking utensils and plates and cups or blanket other necessary things if you want so you don't have to buy these things. All most everything is ready :)
Just visit my room and if you want something in my room. I will leave you :)

As you see the pictures there are a table and chairs, closet, shelves, stove, fridge, bed. the room has every furniture that you need :)

there is a middle building which has a common kitchen. you can borrow it and throw a party with your friends. you can also do barbecue party next to the middle building. people sometimes play volleyball in the dormitory. You can play together~

every Thursday, we have dinner party, named Kochabend.
people gather in middle building, and just enjoy talking, eating and drinking beer,
food is really cheap about 2 Euro, 1 Beer about 1 euro.
you can find nice new friend there, and if you want to stay in calm of course you don have to go there.
every Wednesday our dorm's bar is opened, and it held some small party.

You join my dormitory facebook group, you can find a lot of event and information. if you need any help, you post on the facebook group people are willing to help you
