Hallo! Ich verreise Freitag den 24. 11. und biete meine Wohnung zur Untermiete bis zum 24.01.23 an.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und es ist alles vorhanden: Bettlaken, Handtücher, Spülmaschine, WLAN etc.
Ein Schreibtisch mit Bildschirm, Balkon und Waschmaschine + Trockner im Keller sind auch vorhanden.
Es ist eine zusätzliche Schlafcouch vorhanden, dh. es könnten auch 2 Leute hier schlafen.
Der genaue Rückreisetag steht noch nicht fest und könnte auch später ausfallen.
Zu Fuß sind es 5 min zur Innenstadt, 5 Min zur City Mall, 2 Min zum Rewe oder Aldi und die Straßenbahn hält vor der Tür - also perfekte Lage.
Ich bin kein AirBnB oder Hotel. So wie ich meine Wohnung abgebe, möchte ich sie auch wieder zurück bekommen. Dazu gehört für mich die Küche, das Bad, den Boden und Oberflächen zu putzen. Die Bettlacken/Handtücher kann ich nach meiner Rückkehr selbst waschen, aber stelle dich bitte auf diese Vereinbarung ein.
Die Angabe zu Mietkosten beziehen sich auf einen Monat.
