Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und es ist alles vorhanden und darf benutzt werden: Küchenutensilien, Spülmaschine, Bettlaken, Handtücher, WLAN, Schreibtisch mit Bildschirm, etc.
Die Wohnung hat einen großzügigen Balkon, Waschmaschine + Trockner sind im Keller.
Perfekte Lage: Zur Innenstadt 5 Min zu Fuß, zur City Mall 5 Min zu Fuß, zum Rewe oder Aldi 3 Min und die Straßenbahn hält vor der Tür.
Ich bin kein AirBnB oder Hotel. So wie ich meine Wohnung abgebe, möchte ich sie auch wieder zurückbekommen. Daher hinterlasse ich dir die Wohnung bitte auch wieder geputzt. Diese Vereinbarung ist mir wichtig und ich werde dich danach fragen, ob du sie verstanden hast und eingehalten hast.
