Ich habe ein Wohnungsangebot für Sie im Alfred Delp Studentenwohnheim in der Nähe von Mensa auf dem Campus Bayreuth für Universitätsstudenten, die eine gültige Immatrikulationsbescheinigung der Universität Bayreuth haben. Ich brauche jemanden, der meine Wohnung so schnell wie möglich übernimmt, da ich für meinen Job in eine andere Stadt ziehen und die Wohnung *vor dem 1. Juli verlassen muss. *
Sobald die Kündigungsfrist vorbei ist, können Sie den Raum übernehmen, solange Sie an der Universität eingeschrieben sind, indem Sie den Hausmeister informieren.

Das Wohnheim befindet sich auf dem Campus, direkt vor der Mensa. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Bushaltestellen sind 2-5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt. Lidl, rewe, dm sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
