einzelapartment studenten wohnheim

I'm looking for someone to replace me. you have to be a student and registered in the Studentenwerk Oberfranken dormitory application.

This is a single apartment in "Internationale Studenten Wohnheim", with private bathroom and kitchenette. It is furnished including a big sofa bed, desk, chair, closet and book shelves. It's on the first floor with a good view. I have already given the room back to Studentenwerk without any problems and it's ready for a new tenant. So city registration is also possible.

Bus station is just outside the dormitory, so it's very convenient. it takes 8 minutes by bus to get to city center. you have grocery shops like edeka, lidl, netto ... in a close proximity, between 6 to 15 minutes by foot.

To get to University of Bayreuth, it takes around 20 to 30 minutes depending on which bus you take.
