Hallo, ich möchte meine Wohnung in einem ersten Schritt bis mindestens März 2022 untervermieten (der genaue Zeitraum kann gern noch einmal gemeinsam besprochen werden), da ich voraussichtlich kaum in Berlin sein werde in dieser Zeit. Neben Einzelpersonen können sich deswegen auch gerne Paare melden! Eine Verlängerung über diesen Zeitraum ist recht realistisch wenn es passt.
Das in der Wohnung zur Nutzung angebotene Zimmer ist ca. 24m² groß, hat eine ca. 3,20m hohe Altbaudecke mit Stuck, einen Balkon und schöne Dielen. Es ist mit Bett (160x200cm), schickem Sofa, kleinem Sitzsack, tollem Schreibtisch und offenem Kleiderschrank (+ zusätzlicher Kleiderstange wenn nötig) möbliert und hat an Fenster bzw. Balkontür lichtdichte Vorhänge.
In Küche und Bad ist ebenfalls alles grundsätzlich vorhanden, Waschmaschine, Badewanne, Spülmaschine, Herd, Ofen, großer Kühlschrank, Besteck, Teller usw. . Ihr müsst wirklich nur noch Eure Sachen mitbringen ;).

Hi there! I want to subrent my flat at least till march next year (exact time can be dealed with by interest), since I probably won´t be the for that time period. A prolongation in the aftermath is pretty realistic if things should fit. Next to single persons couples are also welcome!
The offered room within the flat is approx. 24m² big, has high ceilings (at least 3,20m high), a balkony and beautiful floorboards. It is furnishes with a huge bed (1,60x2m), a beautiful sofa and a bean beag, a huge desktop and an open wardobe system (combined out of 1-2 clothesrails and a commode).
In kitchen and bathroom there everything necessary located, a washmachine, bath tub, dishwasher, oven, large fridge, cutlery & plates etc. . You really just have to bring your clothes ;).
Die wunderschöne Wohnung hat insgesamt 65m² und liegt im dritten Stock eines sanierten Altbaus im Herzen von Alt-Treptow. Eingekreist von den angesagten Bezirken Neukölln, Kreuzberg und Friedrichshain ist sie perfekt geeignet, um sich vom Trubel der anliegenden Bezirke zurückzuziehen wenn nötig, aber jederzeit zu Fuß oder mit Rad schnell wieder einzutauchen wenn einem danach ist. Apropos Eintauchen, eines der vielen Highlights ist sicherlich auch das Badeschiff, das seine Anker ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke auf der Spree gelegt hat ;).
Die Wohnung selber ist westseitig ausgerichtet und öffentlicher Verkehr ist durch Bus gleich um die Ecke und S-Bhf Treptower Park gewährleistet.
Apropos Park, die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen Görlitzer und Treptower Park ;).
Ruhig und doch nah dran an Klubs und tollen Bezirken, dass zeichnet sowohl Stadtteil als auch Wohnung aus.

The beautiful flat has approx. 65m² and is located in the third floor of a residential building in Alt-Treptow. It is literally sorrounded by Neukölln, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain which can be reached by foot and bike within minutes each. So you can drop in and out into "high life" whenever you want and having a great resting point when you want it. Considering dropping in: The "Badeschiff" a literally swimming pool on the river Spree, is right around the corner too ;)...
The flat is oriented direction west, public transport is close by with bus (station Bouchestraße, Heidelberger Straße & Puschkinallee) and S-Bahn (Treptower Park). It is located between two Parks, having Görlitzer Park on the westside and Treptower Park on the eastside. For party there is clubs like Club der Visionäre, Festsaal Kreuzberg, The Arena Areal and similar in walking distance.
Die Wohnung wird erst einmal bis zum Sommer untervermietet (genauer Zeitraum kann gemeinsam besprochen werden). Eine Anmeldung ist selbstverständlich möglich, und wenn das Gefühl besteht dass es passt dann kann gern über eine Verlängerung geredet werden!
Bitte meldet Euch per Mail, ich melde mich dann umgehend bei Euch rück. Ein Einzug ist theoretisch sofort möglich (01.05.21).

The flat is being subrented till summer in a first step (exact time period can be discussed). A registration is of course no problem, and also a contract-prolongation if things fit in general. Maybe also the extension for an additional room can be discussed then.
Please send me a mail, I am going to respond as soon as possible. Theoretically the flat is free from today on.
