The apartment is registered with the Charlottenburg tax office and it is possible to register with the municipal office without any problems.
The total monthly rent displayed is 49€ for electricity.

The bright apartment covers approx. 26m2. It consists of a hallway, a modern shower room, a storage room and the actual studio. A fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, Miele washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge incl. TK-fach, Siemens oven with microwave function and hot air) is available. Cookware and dishes, Frenchpress and cutlery are also provided. Two large attic windows overlooking the roofs of Charlottenburg and on the side to the TV tower and Lietzensee offer plenty of daylight.

A solid wood table incl. 2 chairs and a desk incl. Chair for concentrated work create living quality.
The bed incl. full-fledged spring core mattress and adjustable slatted frame offers additional storage space and can therefore also be used as a living couch.
Everything is also intended: iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, bed linen, duvet, towels, pillows, TV incl. Fire TV stick and cable TV, stereo, electronic thermostat valves and modern lighting fixtures. A large part of the furniture is newly purchased and FSC and OekoTex certified. Only wall colours with "Blue Angel" certificate were used. In the hallway there is a folding shoe cabinet and a large wardrobe with drawers and clothes rail.

The operating cost allowance and electricity include all running costs except for broadcasting fees (operating costs, W-LAN with 100 Mbit/s). The electricity is charged at a flat rate of €48.50 per month on the additional costs. The additional costs are included with electricity and WLAN (100 Mbit/s). This means you can collect stress-free and do not have to worry about electricity or internet contracts. The electricity is eco-electricity from 100% renewable energies with the “OK energy label”. The building has central heating with local district heating.

The attic is housed in a historic old building from the turn of the century. There is no elevator and no separate cellar compartment.
