Die Wohnung besteht aus einem hellen großen Raum mit Bett, Sitzgelegenheit, Kleiderschrank, Schminkkomode, Arbeitstisch, und einem wundervollen Südbalkon mit direktem Blick auf den Fernsehturm.
Es gibt ein Tageslicht-Bad mit Badewanne, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Flur.

Hello dear ones! Our cozy apartment in a dream location in Prenzlauer Berg, right on the border to Mitte, is available on short notice from October 7th to 20th, 2024.
The apartment consists of a bright, large room with a bed, seating area, wardrobe, dressing table, desk, and a wonderful south-facing balcony with a direct view of the TV tower. There is a bathroom with natural light and a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a hallway.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Strasse in absoluten Traumlage zwischen Kastanienallee und Mauerpark. Euch erwarten ein Übermaß an Restaurants, Bars, Geschäften und Kultur in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Es ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt um Berlin in vollen Zügen zu genießen.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ebenfalls hervorragend. M1/ M12 (1 min), M10 (5 min), U2 (Eberswalder Str., 5 min) und U8 (Rosenthaler Platz, 8min) bringen euch in kurzen Fahrzeiten in alle Ecken der Stadt.
Verschiedene Supermärkte sind in Laufnähe.

The apartment is located in a quiet street in a beautiful area inbetween Kastanienallee and Mauerpark. There are lots of restaurants, bars, shops and cultural things to discover for the perfect Berlin experience.
The public transport is very good: M1/ M12 (1 min), M10 (5 min), U2 (Eberswalder Str., 5 min) und U8 (Rosenthaler Platz, 8min)
Several supermarkets are in short walking distance.
Bitte beachtet, dass wir die Wohnung nur für den kompletten Zeitraum vermieten.
Falls ihr später ein- oder früher ausziehen wollt, können wir natürlich eine Schlüsselübergabe zum passenden Termin vereinbaren.
In der Miete sind sämtliche Kosten enthalten, von Wasser, Strom, super schnellem Internet bis Rundfunkgebühr.
