LONG TERM ROOM available with ANMELDUNG in Shöneberg (5 mins walk from the Sbahn 1 and ring Bahn S41, S42).

I will be leaving my room in a WG and this will be available for rent from 16.12.
The rent is 700 EUR which includes heating, gas, electricity, Internet and GEZ (TV and radio fee). The "Kaution" is 950 EUR and this is given back to you once you leave the room. There is one extra cost that you only pay once that is 100 EUR for cleaning and maintenance service.
This room includes furniture (bed, desk +chair, wardrobe).
I lived here for 3 years and I can tell you that it is one of the best areas in Berlin. The flat is on the 3rd floor in the back building (so no street noise). The buses M85, M45, M43 and M46 stops are right at the corner and there is a bus N7 that stops in front of the building which takes you to the Airport in the early morning.
I currently live with 2 flatmates (clean, calm and respectful).
