Furnished Prenzlauer Berg with Anmeldung

We are renting out our Prenzlauer Berg home for minimum 1 year with possible extension.

1300 EUR is the full rent and includes full furnishing, WIFI, electricity, and gas.
Anmeldung / registration is possible.

The apartment is situated in the side wing of a traditional altbau building on the raised bottom floor (Hochpartie) that looks out onto a garden area. It is a very quiet and calm building with friendly neighbours. It has oak wooden floors, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and stove, and all necessary cooking utensils.

The space has been optimised for couple living. There is a kitchen and dining area, a separate living/lounge space with a small cozy sleeping room that comes with a 160x200 bed.
You can of course move the bed out of the small space and into the larger living room if preferred.

The building is close to bars, restaurants and parks, such as Mauerpark and Arkonaplatz, which have great antique markets every Sunday.
Transport is very close including Schonhauser Allee station and trams.

We are looking for someone to take the flat for 1 year with the possibility to extend.
