Die separate Küche ist mit einem Ofen und einem kleinen Tisch ausgestattet – perfekt für ein schnelles Frühstück oder eine Kaffeepause. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine und eine Badewanne zum entspannen. An sonnigen Tagen wird die Wohnung mit viel Tageslicht durchflutet und schafft eine einladende Atmosphäre.
Das Studio ist komplett möbliert und ideal für eine Einzelperson, aber auch für ein Paar/ enge Freunde geeignet.

I’m subletting spontaneously my lovely studio with a big balcony for one month, from mid-February to mid-March.
The spacious studio consists of a cosy room with a comfortable double bed, couch, and dining table that seats four people. The separate kitchen includes an oven and a small table for breakfast or coffee moments. The bathroom comes with a washing machine and bathtub to relax. On sunny days, the apartment is flooded with natural light, making it a warm and inviting space.
The studio is fully furnished and ideal for a single person, but also works well for a couple/ close friends.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral und in der Nähe von allem, was man braucht. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele gemütliche Cafés, Bars, verschiedene Supermärkte, Parks, Drogerien und Restaurants. Trotz der lebendigen Umgebung befindet sich die Wohnung in einem ruhigen und friedlichen Hinterhaus mit ruhigen und rücksichtsvollen Nachbarn, wo kein Straßenlärm zu hören ist.

The apartment is centrally located and close to everything you might need. The neighborhood offers plenty of cozy cafés, bars, a variety of supermarkets, parks, drugstores, and restaurants. Despite being in a vibrant area, the apartment is tucked away in a calm and peaceful back house with quiet and considerate neighbors, where no street noise can be heard.

7 minutes to U Turmstraße
15 minutes to Hauptbahnhof by public transport (ÖPNV)
