Gemütliche 1 Zimmer-Wohnung / cozy one room apartment

Dies ist eine super gemütliche Wohnung mit einem großen Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, einem Flur, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer. Du kannst deine Tage damit verbringen, dich auf der geräumigen Couch einzukuscheln, Yoga in der Yogaecke zu machen, es gibt eine Büroecke und natürlich das Etagenbett, das viel zusätzlichen Platz bietet, mit einer richtigen Treppe, die hinaufführt, und einem Geländer, sodass du die Höhe überhaupt nicht spüren wirst.
Küche und Badezimmer (mit einer Badewanne für diese kalten Tage) sind voll ausgestattet, sodass dir nichts fehlt. Seit dem letzten längeren Aufenthalt wurde meine schöne Kaffeemaschine zerstört, weshalb wir nun eine Kaution von 100 Euro verlangen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist manchmal also etwas fußkalt. Aber dafür liegen Hausachuhe im Eingang. Und dank meiner Liebe zu schönen Lampen ist es alles wunderschön beleuchtet.

This is a super cozy apartment with a big living/bedroom, a hallway, kitchen and bathroom. You can spend your days snuggled up on the roomy couch, doing yoga in the 'yogacorner' (don't judge me, my corners have names), there's an 'officecorner' and of course the bunk bed which has a lot of extra space, an actual staircase leading up to it and a rail, so you won't feel the height at all.
Kitchen and bathroom (with a bathtub for these cold days) are fully equipped so you should not be missing anything. Since the last time someone spent some weeks here, my beautiful coffeemaker has been destroyed, we are now asking for a deposit of 100 Euro. The Ap. is at the ground floor so be prepared to wear the houseshoes provided at the entrance, but it makes bringing the trash out soo much easier and thanks to my love of good lamps, it's beautifully light throughout the day.
