The neighborhood is very nice and calm,
You will be very close to U Adenauerplatz and U Konstanzer Straße (both U7), And with a 10 minutes bus ride to Zoologischer Garten.
There are 2 Rewe closeby and with just a 10 minute walk you will reach to Ku’damm and all its shopping centers.
You can find a lot of cafe, restaurants, gyms and fitness/yoga studios around.
The apartment is new and the flat is just renovated and has washing machine, dishwasher and a balcony.
It’s on 5th floor with elevator.
Fully furnished with new furnitures: a bed, closet, drawer and a study desk.
I would like to sublet it to a person who will properly take care of the studio and the furniture.
It is a quite place around here and pets, partying, loud music is not allowed.
