Hi there!

I am away from Berlin at least 6 months.
Starting from 15.06.2025. I am looking for a LADY to move into my single apartment for at least 6 months and possible to extend to 1 year. Feel free to discuss the details with me. Unfortunately, the flat cannot provide Anmeldung and is for single use only. 



📍The apartment is located in West Berlin, near TU Berlin. You'll have a fully furnished, quiet space. 

18-minute S-Bahn ride to Berlin HBF
10-minute walk from S Savignyplatz
6 minutes to U Ernst Reuter Platz station.

Enjoy peaceful downtime at home or a relaxing run at Zoologischer Garten, which is only a 15-minute walk away. 



🔹The apartment is fully furnished with a cozy living room and an open kitchen equipped with an oven and fridge. There’s a private bathroom with a washing machine. You’ll sleep comfortably on a double bed (140x200 cm). There’s also a work table and plenty of closet space. Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the rent.



👀Who am I looking for?


-A tidy person.

-You considerate of neighbors, with no parties in the apartment and no LOUD noise after 10 p.m. (e.g., no running the washing machine after 10 p.m.).

-You are mindful of energy consumption and trash separation.

Ich bin für mindestens 6 Monate außerhalb Berlins. Ab dem 15.06.2025. Ich suche eine DAME, die in meine Single-Wohnung für mindestens 6 Monate einzieht und eventuell auf 1 Jahr verlängert werden kann. Die Details können Sie gerne mit mir besprechen. Die Wohnung kann leider keine Anmeldung bieten und ist nur zur alleinigen Nutzung geeignet. 



📍Die Wohnung befindet sich in West-Berlin, in der Nähe der TU Berlin. Sie haben einen voll möblierten, ruhigen Raum.
18 Minuten mit der S-Bahn zum Berliner Hauptbahnhof
10 Minuten zu Fuß zum S-Bahnhof Savignyplatz
6 Minuten zur U-Bahnstation Ernst-Reuter-Platz.

Genießen Sie friedliche Ruhezeiten zu Hause oder einen entspannten Lauf im Zoologischen Garten, der nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. 



🔹Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert mit einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer und einer offenen Küche, die mit einem Ofen und Kühlschrank ausgestattet ist. Es gibt ein privates Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Sie schlafen bequem auf einem Doppelbett (140x200 cm). Es gibt auch einen Arbeitstisch und viel Stauraum im Schrank. WLAN und Strom sind im Mietpreis enthalten.



👀 Wen suche ich? 

Eine ordentliche Person. 
Jemand, der rücksichtsvoll gegenüber den Nachbarn ist, ohne Partys in der Wohnung und Kein lauter Lärm nach 22 Uhr (z.B. keine Waschmaschine nach 22 Uhr laufen lassen).

Jemand, der energie- und müllbewusst ist.
