Hallo zusammen,
da ich spontan eine neue Wohnung gefunden habe, suche ich jemanden der meinen Untermietvertrag übernimmt. Die Wohnung ist eine kleine teilmöblierte 1,5 Zi Wohnung mitten in Ehrenfeld. Die Ausstattung ist Basic, es ist aber alles da was man braucht: eingerichtete Küche, WaMa, Schlafsofa, Kleiderschrank. Ihr müsst nur ein Bett mitbringen, da das jetzige mitgenommen wird. Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig. Man hört wirklich nichts. Ideal für jemanden der neu nach Köln kommt und erst mal nur was zum ankommen und orientieren sucht.
Was muss ich zur Lage sagen....Mitten in Ehrenfeld halt. Die Venloer ist 2 Min zu Fuß entfernt und dort findet man alles was man braucht.
Die Wohung ist zur Untermiete. 540€ all incl. 500 € Kaution. Schreibt mir am besten eine kurze Mail mit 2-3 Fakten über euch. Ich werde dann relativ schnell Termine für die nächste Woche machen. Ihr solltet irgendwie ein sicheres Einkommen nachweisen können ( Job, Bürge, etc. )
