Hi everyone. Im helping my renter looking for somebody to stay in this well located Studio between the 15th of July and the 23rd of August.
Moving in before could be possible, depending when I personally move out. Staying longer is sadly not possible as the person living here will come back. Ideally we look for somebody who would stay the whole time. The price for those 5 weeks would be 1200€. Anmeldung it NOT possible.
The studio is located in Frankfurter Allee in between the Samaritastraße (5 min by walk) and Frankfurter Allee (10 min) stops. You'll find the studio in the Hinterhaus, far from the noise of the main avenue.
As it is a fourth floor, is pretty bright even for a Hinterhaus. The apartment comes furnished (Bed, working table, chair, armchair, sofa, low table, tv, fridge, oven). Therefore a deposit of 500 is asked.
The viewings will take place Wednesday afternoon/evening, Thursday morning and Friday afternoon/evening. Afterwards my renter will contact the candidates and make the decision.
