Hi there!!
Subrenting my 44sqm studio space in the heart of the city. The apartment is located on a wide scenic street, tucked away from the noise on the main road. South-east facing on the fourth floor, there‘s a lot of natural light coming in during the day while remaining relatively cool due to the tall ceilings and Alt-bau construction.
Looking for a short term guest for 2-3 weeks (minimum 2 weeks, but also flexible to add few more nights)
About the apartment:
Fully equipped apartment (kitchen, washing maschine, furniture) which is available for you to use. Generally very clean and well kept building (cleaner comes for the common areas every week). All bills included. The place is suitable for 2 people.
A little bit more about the area:
Samariterkiez is located a few streets (approx 10 mins by foot) north of the famous Boxhagner Platz, which is a lively area lined with bars, independent cinemas, and restaurants with cuisines from all over the world. On Saturday‘s there is the weekly fresh fruit/ produce market, and on Sunday’s the flea market where one can buy beautiful clothing and antiques. There‘s also a lot of good Yoga, fitness and pottery studios in this area (happy to provide recommendations of all sorts!). Samariterkiez itself has a good array of restaurants, grocery stores (normal, Organic, Asian), drugstores, pharmacies, and late night store (späti) options, but is tucked away in a more sleepy and dreamy corner - I like this because it’s quiet and peaceful on my doorstep, but I can quickly reach the more crowded and bustling hang out spots. There is a strip in the middle of the road to sit and soak in the beautiful evening sun, and a park nearby too.
Connectivity with public transport:
5-7 mins walk from Samariterstraße (U5), 6-8 mins walk from Frankfurter Alle (Ring-Bahn, S8, S85).
What I’m looking for:
As it usually goes.. someone clean, communicative and responsible, no extreme „party people“.
Please introduce yourself a little, what you do for work and what brings you to Berlin. And anything random you’d like to add :-) I’ll then reach out for a video chat, and you would have the option to come view the place if you’d like.
And feel free to text me if you have any other questions.
Looking forward,
Khad
