🎉 40sqm, tot. 850€ (for all 5 weeks, all incl.)

I'll be traveling to visit my family over Christmas, hence my beloved apartment will be vacant for 5 weeks in total. It's a fully furnished one-room apartment with a separate kitchen (which is great for juicy cooking sessions).

The place is located just a few walking minutes from S-Bahn Frankfurter Allee or subway Samariterstraße in Rigaer Straße in a very quiet Hinterhof/backyard. Fourtunately, it's on the 4th floor and there's plenty of 🌞 light 🌞(also in winter).

If you're looking for cozy and quiet place to get started in the city, this might be a good fit for you. The bathroom is small but has a large bath tub and a washing machine. Kitchen has all amenities of a standard set-up (dishwasher, microwave, new oven, big wok, etc.).

I'd be happy to make you some space, depending on your needs and wishes. I'd be also happy to welcome couples, as the apartment is great for two people. Depending on your stay, I'd consider asking for a little more due to utilities cost. Of course, I'm looking for somebody who takes good care of things and is considerate with the neighbors in the house and waters my plants every week.
