Hello :)
I’m subletting my cozy 1-room Apartment in Friedrichshain from (see below). (No registration possible unfortunately) The apartment is 44sqm big with one big room and a separate kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom comes with a bathtub and the heating in the flat is working very well. So you can spend a cozy Berlin winter. It has some plants that need some love and care but nothing complex. The mattress on the side in the picture will be removed before your stay. (I’m just testing out a new one right now :))
The flat is in a very quiet area but well connected to the Sbahn warschauerstr and Ostkreuz. There are several supermarkets in walking distance and a Späti right next downstairs. The apartment is in the backyard so absolutely no noise from the street.
The rent can be paid by month and is 1350 € for the 9 weeks. I’m also asking for a 200€ Deposit. I value direct and honest communication and am a quite easy going person. I’m looking forward to hear from you to schedule a video call and then a visit if you’re already in Berlin. No registration possible unfortunately.
