this beautiful cozy apartment is located within popular scene Kiez of Fhain / Friedrichshain.
It is fully furnished and ready for you.
I live in this apartment myself, but due to my job I won’t be in Berlin the next months.
It is a single room apartment with bathroom including WC + Shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped + washing machine.
In the main room you find a kingsize boxspring bed, sofa, a small working desk + 27“ curved computer monitor for you usage.
The WiFi download rate is at 300 Mbit/s.
The Apartment can be found in the backyard building in the 4th floor (no elevator). Therefore it is very quiet and convenient to stay in and explore our lovely Kiez from.
It’s suitable for remote working or for couples who want to dive into Berlin city inside local culture.
Please respect our neighborhood and the house rules
- no party
- no loud music
- no smoking inside the apartment
- quiet times from 10pm-6am
Minimum renting period is 1 month, while requests for more months / all the available time period, will be preferred.

You find many cafes, restaurants and local culture around.
In walking distance of 10-15min you arrive to Boxhagener Platz / Simon-Dach-Kiez.
Next U-Bahn Station is Samariterstraße just down the street within 4minutes.
Next big station is S+U Frankfurter Allee from where you can access all of Berlin very fast.
To go to Alexanderplatz it might take you approx. 15min by public transport.
Wifi + heating + electricity included.
400€ deposit, while 70€ will be deducted for professional cleaning if not cleaned when checking out.
Loss of keys will be fined by 100€.
