Light-filled apartment, 8th floor above the city in central Berlin in the intersection between Friedrichshain, Mitte, and Prenzlauerberg. I'm going home to spend some time with family and am looking for a responsible tenant who values a bright, welcoming space and will treat it with the same respect and warmth as any place they truly love. Short-term, so no registration.

The apartment is 45sqm and has so many windows to the street. It's a quiet neighbourhood and we're high up, so it's a calm place. I love it because it's close to so many vibrant places and I can still go home to peace and quiet.

Walking distance to:

- 5 min to one of Berlin's greenest parks with lots of areas for outdoor sports (basketball, skating, track running, etc)
- Multiple cinemas around 10-minute walking distance.
- Lots of restaurants and cafés
- Shopping centers (it's a 10-minute walk to Alexanderplatz with lots of shopping and eating places)

It's well-connected – U-Bahn 10 min away at U-Alexanderplatz and U-Schillingstrasse, 3 minutes to trams 4,5,6 and 8 and a bus.

Warm rent per month is €950 with a deposit €600.
