Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Bezirk Friedrichshain und ist ruhig in einem Hinterhaus der Proskauer Straße gelegen. Im Vorderhaus gibt es zwei Restaurants (der Italiener ist super). Tram und U-Bahn sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit der U-Bahn (U5) bis zum Alexanderplatz sind es 10 min, zur Warschauer Straße mit der Tram 5 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vorhanden mit Rewe und Edeka in 2minütiger Entfernung sowie LIDL und ALDI 10 min entfernt. Der Kiez nördlich der Frankfurter Allee ist super angenehm und der Forckenbergplatz ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohung verfügt über ein gemütliches Hochbett (Doppelbett). Die Küche verfügt über Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Preis ist für den ganzen Zeitraum (26.2.-31.3.25)

The apartment is located in Proskauer Straße (rear building). In the front biulding there are two restaurants (the Italian one is really good). Tram and subway are very close to the apartment (reachable within 5 minutes). To Alexanderplatz it's 10 minutes with the subway (U5) und 5 minutes to Warschauer Straße by Tram (M10). There are many grocery stores in the neighborhood (Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, Aldi) and the neighborhood north of Frankfurter Allee is very pleasant with two parks just around the corner. The apartment has a cozy loftbed for two people and the kitchen is fully equipped (incl. dishwasher, fridge, etc.). Price is related to the whole period (Feb 26-Mar 31).
