My small 1-room apartment in Berlin Friedrichshain is available for long-term sublet from November 1st (or a few days earlier). The apartment is fully furnished and consists of one 20 sq.m. room with a small kitchen area and one small bathroom. It is situated between the S-bahn Landsberger Allee (quick access to the Ringbahn) and the Landsberger Allee/Petersburger Str tram stop from where you can ride the tram to Mitte (Alexanderplatz, 6min), Kreuzberg (Warschauer Str, 10min) or Prenzlauer Berg (Schonhauser Allee, 10min). Trams are awesome because they run 24/7 even on weeknights.
Please write me some info about you (what you do, etc) and tell me which day/time you want to come and see the place. Don't forget to also write me how long you need the apartment for.
