Ich biete meine Wohnung noch vom 11.12. - 31.12.2024 an. Sie ist warm und ruhig, im Hinterhaus, und ausgestattet mit hoffentlich die meisten der notwendigen Dinge - Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Internet, Drucker, Kaffeemaschine ... es gibt auch einen Balkon zu genießen. Badezimmer, Küche und Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer sind voneinander getrennt. Die Wohnung kostet 850 EUR für den ganzen Zeitraum, mit zusätzlich 300 als Kaution.
Die Wohnung eignet sich am besten für eine Person. Leider muss es ein Nichtraucher sein und ich kann keine Haustiere zulassen. Anmeldung nicht möglich.
My flat is available from 11.12. - 31.12.2024. It is warm and peaceful, in the back house of the building, and fitted with hopefully most of the necessary things - washing machine, dishwasher, internet, printer, coffee machine... there is also a balcony to enjoy. Bathroom, kitchen and bedroom are all separate from another. The flat will cost 850 EUR for the entire time period, with a security deposit of 300 EUR.
The flat is best suited to a single person. I cannot accept smokers or pets (I am sorry). Registration at the address is not possible.
Die Lage ist fantastisch, mit Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Live-Musik, Geschäfte, Parks und sehr praktischen öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindungen (an der Frankfurter Allee kann man mit der U5 in 9 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz oder mit der Ringbahn fahren).
The area is fantastic, with cafes, bars, restaurants, live music, parks, shops and very practical public transport connections (from nearby S- and U- Frankfurter Allee; U5 and Ringbahn).
Leider muss es ein Nichtraucher sein und ich kann keine Haustiere zulassen. Anmeldung nicht möglich.
