1-Zimmer Wohnung in Kreuzberg

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Kreuzberg, 5 Min Laufweg von dem Maybachufer entfernt. Im Sommer und Herbst gibt es da jeden Sonntag Flohmarkt und unter der Woche türkische Lebesmittelmarkt, wo man sehr günstig Früchte und Gemüse kaufen kann. Die Lage ist richtig toll, sehr grün und ruhig aber ist immer was los. In der Nähe hat man natürlich sowohl Supermärkte und Drogerien für Einkaufen, als auch sehr viele Restaurants, Cafes und Bars.

The flat is very centrally located in Kreuzberg, 5 minutes walk from the Maybachufer. In summer and autumn there is a flea market every Sunday and a Turkish food market during the week, where you can buy very cheap and nice fruit and vegetables. The location is really great, very green and quiet, but there is always something going on. There are supermarkets and drugstores nearby for shopping, as well as many restaurants, cafes and bars.

Da die Wohnung mein Herzstück ist, suche ich jemanden, wer sie auch als deren Herzstück betrachten wird: also kein Party-Mensch, sondern jemand, wer mit der Wohnung bewusstvoll umgeht. Es ist mir außerdem wichtig, dass du Nichtraucher*in bist, weil es kein Balkon gibt. Ich habe auch ziemlich viele Pflanzen in der Küche, also es wäre super, wenn du grüne Daumen hast. Wenn nicht, kann ich aber Anleitungen geben :)

Since the flat is very close to my heart, I am looking for someone who will also take care of it as if it was theirs: so not a party person, but someone who will consciously take care of the flat. It's also important for me that you do not smoke as there is no balcony in the flat. I also have quite a few plants in the kitchen, so it would be great if you have green fingers. But if not, I can give instructions :)
