My name is Alera Seibel, I am currently living in Berlin Kreuzberg since a couple of months now and would like to exchange my room for a 1 bedroom apartment. I am currently living with another person and one of the rooms in the apartment is also available at the moment.

I am currently looking to move into a 1 bedroom apartment for cheaper rent. If the apartment is located around Kreuzberg, Neukölln or Friedrichshain it will be great. Unfurnished apartments in need of renovation would be even more preferable.

The apartment is located in Zossener Straße 10961, on the 5th floor access with an elevator and located 2 minutes away from the U7 GneisenauStraße. The room is facing a cute garden in the residence and is approximatively 35m². This is a shared apartment.

Their is also another room in the apartment that is available for rent
