Sie verfügt über ein großes, helles Zimmer, eine geräumige Küche und ein neues Bad mit Badewanne. Die Vermietung ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet, mit der Möglichkeit, den Mietvertrag zu verlängern oder zu übernehmen.

I am renting out my newly renovated and beautiful 1-room apartment because I am moving in with my boyfriend. The apartment is 45 square meters in size and will be handed over completely renovated and unfurnished. It features a large, bright room, a spacious kitchen, and a new bathroom with a bathtub. The rental is initially limited to one year, with the option to extend or take over the lease afterward.

Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar – super zentral im Herzen von Kreuzberg. Die U7-Station Südstern ist in nur 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Direkt überm Tempelhofer Feld gelegen, kommt man von hier aus überall schnell hin. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche charmante Restaurants, Bars und Parks, dennoch liegt die Wohnung selbst in einer angenehm ruhigen Umgebung.

The location is truly unbeatable – right in the heart of Kreuzberg. The U7 station Südstern is just a 5-minute walk away. Situated right next to Tempelhofer Feld, you can get anywhere quickly from here. There are plenty of charming restaurants, bars, and parks nearby, yet the apartment itself is in a pleasantly quiet area.

Anmeldung ist möglich. Besichtigungen finden zwischen dem 19.12. und 22.12. statt. Bitte schreibt mir in eurer Nachricht direkt, was ihr in Berlin beruflich macht (falls ihr studiert, ob eure Eltern bürgen können), wie alt ihr seid und was ihr in eurer Freizeit gerne macht. Erzählt mir etwas über euch, damit ich mir ein besseres Bild machen kann. Lasst mir am Besten schon ein Foto/Instagram da :)

Es ist mir wichtig, dass ihr verantwortungsbewusst seid, keine Partys in der Wohnung veranstaltet und die Wohnung sorgfältig behandelt. Ihr könnt mir gerne auf Deutsch, Spanisch, Englisch oder Koreanisch schreiben! :)
