We're subletting our fully furnished studio apartment for April for 850€ all included. It's a 30m2 flat, on the ground floor, with a small terrace, park view and beautiful natural light. The bedroom has a big 1,80m bed, two office desks (one with adjustable height and an extra monitor to work comfortably from home), a 65' TV, and a great sound system.
The house is very calm, and the neighbors are nice – this is also why parties are off the table. The flat is located in a very nice area, 5 mins. away from the Südstern station (U7) and 12 mins. away from Schönleinstr. station or Hermannplatz (U8). The lovely hood Graefekiez is literally around the corner and has everything one could wish for: lots of green, lovely cafés, amazing bakeries, cozy restaurants, and the Kreuzberg canal. Bergmannkiez is 15min. walking distance in the other direction.
We're subletting it for what we pay for rent, although it is fully furnished – that's why we're asking for a deposit of 300€, which will be transferred back immediately after the stay. Dates are somewhat flexible.
The flat is located in the lovely center district of Kreuzberg, 8 minutes away from Hasenheide Park and 15 minutes away from the famous retired Tempelhof Airport, which is also used as a park now. There are two supermarkets within 5-10 minute walking distance (Edeka & BioCompany), as well as a lot of cafes and restaurants. The next train station is also within a 5-minute walking distance (Südstern, U7) or 12-min (Hermannplatz, U8).
