A good apartment in Berlin should have a prime location—and this one’s got it. Not just that, it’s spacious too.

Starting 01.01.2025, this entire 55m², 1-room apartment (not a studio!) can be yours to call home.

Fully equipped and situated right at Hermannplatz (on the Kreuzberg side), you’ve got Berlin’s culinary crown jewels just outside your door.

Sure, it’s 55m², but it feels way bigger thanks to the roomy kitchen and smart storage solutions along the floor that let you make the most of every square meter.

Need Anmeldung? No problem. Want to stay for a year or longer? Also, no problem.

Want to get to any event in central Berlin in minutes instead of hours? You guessed it—NO PROBLEM.

I get it—rent’s expensive, and the housing market here is a joke. But honestly? This place is worth every cent.

If you’re new to Berlin, let me spell it out: it’s not just restaurants and bars around the corner—it’s THE restaurants and bars.

Bonus: rent the place, and I’ll throw in a free guide to the best Döner spots in town.

I’m planning to leave everything in (optional, of course):

Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, etc.)

Dishwasher

Washing machine

Fridge

Handcrafted Bruno bed + mattress

Couch

Basically, all you need to dive straight into the chaos of Berlin life (+ Ned Stark’s sword :D).

Fair warning: the folks near the U-Bahn stations (Hermannplatz, 4 min; Südstern, 9 min) can be a little wild. But your neighbors? Chill. I’ve never had issues, even when blasting music late at night.

I’m a simple guy, so I appreciate straightforward requests.

Thanks!
