I would like to sublet to a trustworthy person my beautiful 40 sq m apartment in the old building with Altbau style for 2 weeks.
It 's on 5 th floor with a rooftop view over Berlin. The flat is very sunny with several roof windows. While in bed you can see the moon ;)
The flat is bright, pretty and decorated with the original designer furniture from DDR (60s) and lots of art.
Great location in the nicest part of Kreuzberg (Greafekiez), 5 minutes walking from Hasenheide Park or Admiralbrucke.
It's a temporary rental in a friendly way, so no official documents or Anmeldung possible.
Rent is for the time I am gone maybe longer
One of the best neighborhoods in Berlin. The area full of bars, restaurants, and young people from all over the world.
It is possible to access every place in Kreuzberg and Neukolln by foot on by bike. 10 minuts in the subway to get to Alexanderplatz (city center)
3 minutes walking there is a big park Hasenheide
The flat is charming and sunny in a lively young area of Berlin.
It's only for a bit more than 1 month with NO anmeldung or official contract possible.
