The Apartment is nicely located in Kreuzberg. One middle-size room with kitchen and bathroom. The window gives a view of the yard with a nice tree. It is very quiet and peaceful. You can visit anytime when you wish, just contact me. Looking for someone to rent as soon as possible.
The nicely located apartment is also very close to public transport. There is nearby a M31 bus stop and also you can find Hermanplatz at 7 minutes walk, there you can take the U7 and U8. In addition there is the U8 at 8 minutes walk too. Ideal for travelling anywhere in Berlin.
Ideally we are looking for a person to stay over the summer, extention is possible but has to be discussed lager on. We are looking for a quiet and clean person that can take care of the place well. The apartment and the building is old and the room is simple & rustic. Heating goes with wood, but summer is fine without.
