The studio flat has been renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom. It is very well laid out and is ideal for one person, or a couple. It is very cosy and warm on cold winter nights. It comes fully equipped with new Siemens appliances (washing machine, oven, hobs, and extractor fan) and is fully furnished with everything that is needed to move in such as a vacuum cleaner, pots, pans, etc... The platform bed has been custom made and is very comfortable. The bathroom is new and has been fitted with a high quality Gröhe shower system.
The flat is in the middle of the beautiful Graefekiez. The canal is at the end of the road where you find a lot of people during the warmer months. There are lots of excellent bars and cafes on Graefestrasse and the surrounding area. The U-bahn is literally 200 metres from the door. Being in Kreuzberg, there are also plenty of clubs and parks in the area.
I am the current tenant and would like to sublet my place while I am away. The rent quoted represents all my current monthly expenses for the flat: rent, nebenkosten, internet, water, electricity, etc. As i still live there, registering your official residence in the flat (ANMELDUNG) is not possible unfortunately.
