Hello ! I am subletting my flat for short-short-term.
The flat will be sublet furnished. All private belongings are taken out of the flat.
The flat consists of an entrance area, bedroom-living room, kitchen and bathroom as well as a balcony.
Internet access, fridge and cooker are available. Washing can be done either in the launderette or the laundry room.
The kitchen is equipped with basic cutlery, plates and glasses.
The flat is very quiet.

Die Wohnung wird moebliert untervermietet. Alle privaten Gegenstaende sind aus der Wohnung genommen.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, Schlaf-Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad sowie einen Balkon.
Internetzugang, Kühlschrank und Herd sind vorhanden. Gewaschen kann entweder im Waschsalon oder Waschkeller.
In der Küche sind die Basics an Besteck, Tellern und Gläsern vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig.
The property on which the flat is located has a large garden. Various animals can be observed here: squirrels, ravens, buzzards, woodpeckers.
The house has direct access to the canal. The "Dreiländereck" invites you for a walk.
The Goerli is located on the opposite side of the road from the site.
The nearest public transport stop is the M29. U1, U7, Ringbahn are in the surrounding area.
Supermarkets: Aldi, Lidle, Edeka, Penny.

Das Gelände auf dem das Wohnung steht verfügt über einen grosser Garten. Hier können verschiedene Tiere beobachtete werden: Eichhoernchen, Raben, Mausebussarde, Spechte.
Das Wohnhaus verfügt über direkten Zugang zum Kanal. Das "Dreilaendereck" lead zu einem Spaziergang ein.
Der Goerli befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite des Geländes.
Die naechste Haltestelle oeffentlicher Verkehrsmittel ist der M29. U1, U7, Ringbahn liegen in der weiteren Umgebung.

There is a single bed in the flat. It is possible to exchange this for a double bed.
Couples are ok. Pets debatable.
