Due to studying abroad I am looking for a person or a couple, who could take care of my fully furnished flat and pay the rent for a few months this spring and summer -- starting from the 7th April --.
Please note - it is not possible to register at the address.
The flat has one room, adjacent kitchen, bathroom and a massive glassed loggia. It is on the 7th floor and there is an elevator.
Excellent tram connection, ca. 10 minutes to Frankfurter Allee, ca. 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz. There is also an Ring-S-Bahn station ca. 10 minutes away on foot.
A large park is on the doorstep and a range of shops ca. 5 minute walk away.
The stated rent includes all the bills for average usage (electricity, utilities, Internet).
There is a double bed, writing desk, washing machine, all kitchen utensils etc.
Deposit 500 euro which you obviously get back as long as the flat is in good condition.
