Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top-Lage direkt in der Alex-Wedding-Straße 3 10178 Berlin neben Alexanderplatz

Die Wohnung hat eine Küche, sowie alles was man im Haushalt benötigt , und die Wohnung hat ein Balkon

Die Gesamtmiete des Zimmers beträgt 300 inklusive Strom, Wasser du bezahlst Miete und musst sonst nichts weiter dazu zahlen !

The apartment is in a prime location directly at Alex-Wedding-Straße 3, 10178 Berlin, next to Alexanderplatz.

The apartment has a kitchen, as well as everything you need in a household, and it has a balcony.

The total rent for the room is 700 euros, including electricity and water. You pay the rent and don’t have to pay anything else!
